Lead time is from confirmation of artwork approval. Lead time refers to dispatch, final delivery time will depend on location and type of courier used.
1.Prices are based on our standard size and cutting, for different style there's different size specification. If you prefer to produce with your own size specification, we will re-quote the price accordingly.
2.The quantity in the tiered price list, shown above, refers to quantity per design per colour. For example, one design but 3 different colours, we will require a minimum of 25pcs per colour as an MOQ, so in total 75pcs.
3.For order quantities below 100pcs per design, by default we will offer free images only, if you need printed swatches for approval please make a request. Images can be ready within 3 working days. Print swatches take 5 working days, with freight at your cost.
4. For order quantities over 100pcs, we can provide a pre-production sample free of charge. For orders below 100pcs, PPS will be charged at $50/unit. Sample lead time is 7 days, excluding transportation, commencing from finalization of artwork.
5.Any changes to artwork, patterns, size specifications, or quantity breakdowns will affect the printing layout, and may delay the production schedule and affect the price if beyond a certain range.
6.Production lead time for POLO, T-shirt, Singlet, Shorts, Jogger will be 3 to 4 weeks. Production lead time for Jacket, Track suit, Dress will be 5 to 6 weeks. Lead time is from finalization of image/print swatch/ PPS. Moreover transportation time should be added when estimating the final arrival date.
7. Adding individual numbers or names will incur a $1.8 extra charge per piece.
8.Each unit includes care labels and standard design poly-bags by default. If you need extra labels, we offer a service for customizing your brand’s main label, polybag or hang-tag. Please contact us to get a quotation.
Upon request, we can provide certification documents for the factories that we source our products from. If you have a certain requirement, please mention at the time of quoting, so we can ensure to source from the appropriate factory before commencing the order. If we are required to switch a factory that we source from, to meet a certain requirement, there may be variations in price applicable
IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF GARMENTS THAT CAN BE ORDERED?
Our MOQ for garments are as follows: For jackets and hoodies - 30 pcs per style. For other items, 25 pcs per style. For different sizes within an order, men’s, ladies’ and kids’ styles are all considered different size ranges. The minimum quantity per size range is 25 units. Thus, the unit price and set up cost which we charge is based on quantities within one size range. For repeat orders without changes, the setup fee will be waived.
Order example: an order contains both adults, and children's sizes, with each size having a minimum of 25 units, hence the minimum for the order would be 50 units.
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR MY ORDER?
Your garments should be delivered to you within approximately 5 weeks by air, including 3 weeks production lead time and 1-2 week for air freight. Only after we receive your deposit and your approval on the print artwork, shall we start to count the lead time. If you have any special turnaround requirements, please tell us by email or call and we’ll try our best to help you.
Update: Delivery networks are busier than usual, which may mean slight delays. Please allow for extra time for special deliveries.
WHAT ARE THE NECESSARY STEPS FOR BUYERS TO CREATE THEIR UNIQUE PROMOTIONAL WEARS?

WILL THE COLOR ON PRODUCT BE EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE COLOR ON PANTONE NUMBER/ CYMK NUMBER
Colours may vary slightly when applied to different fabrics, different inks and different machines, which can give colours a different appearance.
HOW ABOUT THE BRANDING AND LOGO ?
When providing your own design / logo / icon / text, please send us in a vector format such as .pdf /.ai /.eps files to meet the high quality requirements of sublimation printing. If you have a low-quality format such as a JPG, BMP or GIF file, we may need to redraw the logo in hi-res format which would incur additional fees to avoid discrepancies.
CAN YOU DIGITIZE THE EMBROIDERY LOGO?
Yes, we also offer an embroidery service, the additional cost will incurred will depend on the size of logo. We are experienced in producing uniforms with embroidery digitizing as well.
WHAT IS A VECTOR?
A vector file is constructed using mathematical formulas rather than individual coloured blocks which can remain editable to adjust text or other graphic elements for print. The common vector file types are EPS, Al and PDF. Having your graphics in this format allows for more creative options for the designer to use such as full-colour change, editing all elements and to be able to use the logo in the garment overall design than just a simple chest logo. This will allow the logo to be 100% scalable without losing the quality of the logo and all its elements which are perfect for print.
